This is the best burger I ever had, and the root beer alone is reason enough to go here. New best place in Lawrence. Fries are S tier.
I had the cheeseburger combo with fries (no salt/seasoning) and a coffee shake, and my boyfriend had the spicy grilled chicken sandwich combo with fries and onion rings. We both agreed our meals were very good and worth the price. Hamburger was fresh ground also. We would definitely go back. The Womens bathroom was clean.
First time trying Burgers by Biggs and it did not disappoint. 3 different combo and all so fresh and delicious! The patty melt and California burger combos were amazing. My son approves of the chicken tenders and fries
Great burger and fries place. You order at counter, get a number and they bring out your meal. If you order combo you get fries and a fountain drink fo just under 10. They also have several flavors of icecream for desert. Along with a place to sit outside. For price/value it is way better than McDonald's.
Some places you can't help but give them 5 stars. This place earned it in Spades! Staff was awesome and attentive. Atmosphere is what it is: a little counter serve burger joint. The food... It has been a while since I've had a simple cheeseburger done near perfect. Pattie cooked and seasoned perfectly. Great amount of cheese and lettuce and a pickle in each bite. Onion rings may be the best I've ever had, they were perfectly soft on the inside and a tad crispy on the outside with just a little bit of extra salt on them. Perfect rings. If the rest of their menu is this good the 5 Stars I award will never go away. Well done ladies and gents, well done. I believe you need 3 things for 5 stars: price, atmosphere/service, good food. They certainly hit all 3 today. Thank you.
This food was delicious! I got the western burger & it was amazing! It is greasy but the fries are seasoned so well!
I was treated to burger heaven hiding in plain site in Lawrence, KS. Bigg's BBQ has a burger joint, Bigg's Burgers and ohmergawd, these burgers are something ya have GOT to partake in. I got the Jay Hog which is a 50/50 grind of bacon (yes bacon) and beef, American cheese, grilled onion, bacon topped with a bacon dijonaiise sauce which should have been enough for most. In this case, I've been to Biggs BBQ and know how righteous their pulled pork is, so of course I had to special order pulled pork on top of this glorious combo...it.was.perfect! So maybe next time I'll add pickles to the mix but it's so dang awesome as is with that smoky pulled pork. Such a great burger. This is one of those places that when somebody asks "gosh, where do you go to get a truly great burger?"...yeah this is the place ya tell them to go. The onion rings! These are the lightly breaded homemade style that our grandma's used to make up on a summer Sat afternoon to have with grilled burgers. Delicious onion rings, one of the best imo. Fries are very similar to places like 5 Guys, pretty sure they are fresh cut, sure have the same fresh but crunchy texture, not greasy at all and the sweet potato fries are delicious as well Oh and if you notice the menu/order counter pic, yes that is an ice cream counter as well for hand dipped shakes and sundaes . Love this place!
Exceeded my expectations. Burgers were juicy and filling. Tots were over the top. But what really sold me was the ice cream... so many choices and it was solo good.
